one day I will get to adding some organized content here but for now some random pics of some of the supplements I take (in addition to the ‘low risk’ maintenance drug, asacol that I’ve been on for the past 13 years – one of my biggest goals is to get off it. need the will power first)

and vitamin D! I take a supplement (about 6000 IU a day) and get the real thing as much as I can: MR. SUN, can’t live without you.

I don’t wear sunscreen except on my face (sometimes) but I also don’t burn.
